Moving To The District
If you are moving to the greater Oconomowoc area, you may register your child at any time. You might want to check the District Boundaries map to make sure of the school your child will attend. Should you have questions, contact Lori Dominiak at the District offices, 262-560-2155.

Who May Participate?
Students in 5-year-old Kindergarten to grade 12 may apply to participate in open enrollment. Open enrollment for pre-kindergarten, 4-year-old kindergarten and early childhood education is limited. Parents should call their resident school districts to find out if their preschool-aged children qualify for open enrollment.
Open Enrollment Dates for 2017/18: February 6-April 28, 2017
Parents must submit online application forms to the non-resident district between midnight, February 6, 2017 and 4:00 p.m., April 28, 2017. Late applications are not accepted for any reason.

4K and 5K Registration
Registration for children in the Oconomowoc Area School District entering four-year-old and five-year-old kindergarten will be held January 16-27, 2017.
Parents can register their children between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. for all schools. Children currently enrolled in four-year-old kindergarten in the Oconomowoc Area School District are not required to register as they are already enrolled in our District.
New-to-the-district parents with children who will be four years old or five years old on or before Sept. 1, 2017, will receive health, immunization and school registration forms in the mail. Those forms should be completed and brought to the school the child will be attending on the registration dates along with a copy of the child’s birth certificate. State law requires the school to have immunization information on file for all first-time entering students.
Parents with children who will be four years old or five years old on or before Sept. 1, 2017, but have not received registration information from the District are urged to contact the elementary school where their child will be attending.
