OHS offers a variety of academic courses to meet the needs of all learners in our school community. All our courses encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and technology integration. All students receive a Chromebook for school and home use to communicate, collaborate, research, and create. Teachers utilize technology to provide access to all learners using a variety of tools and the latest instructional methods.

Academic Overview

All classes at OHS are geared toward preparation for learning beyond high school. It is clear that in today’s job market, young men and women will have to continue their learning beyond high school, no matter which path they take.

Core academic offerings include Art, Agriscience and Natural Resources, Business & Marketing, English, Health & Phy Ed, Math, Performing Arts, Science, Social Studies, Technology & Engineering, and World Languages.

All OHS students receive a Chromebook for educational use at school and at home. This gives our students opportunities to enhance and extend their learning through digital resources. Teachers maximize this technology resource to enrich student learning opportunities through a variety of online tools.
