John Nicholson on guitar, mandolin, banjo and vocals, and Susan Nicholson on fiddle and vocals deliver an exuberant live performance. Influenced by their love of Irish and Scottish music, their repertoire features Celtic, bluegrass, old-time, and blues with a healthy dose of unique original material filling out the mix. Frogwater has performed regularly at Milwaukee Irish Fest, Bastille Days, and other area festivals. They have also received honors as best band in the bluegrass and country categories in the WAMI (Wisconsin Area Music Industry) awards.
