Practice for all athletes is 3:15-5 p.m. Monday-Friday at Nature Hill Intermediate School during the school year. Athletes attending Silver Lake and OHS will have a shuttle bus that transports them to NHI, there is NO RETURN BUS. For the ~2 weeks of the season before the school year begins, coaches will communicate specific practice times.

- Parents will sign-up and complete their students Athletic Registration through their Bound app before the deadline of Tuesday, 9-8-26 (first day of practice).
Athletic Registration Steps:
- BOUND ATHLETIC REGISTRATION: Complete the online Athletic Registration through Bound
- ATHLETIC PHYSICAL: Provide a completed and approve Athletic Physical.
NOTE: If your student has a current Athletic Physical on file with SLI, you can use that physical. A current physical must be dated AFTER 4-1-25 to be considered current for the 26-27 school year.
If you are unsure of the date of exam, please contact the SLI Athletic office.
- ATHLETIC FEE: Annual $85 Athletic Fee through your Infinite Campus account. This fee can be added for payment.
Once all steps are completed, your student's athletic registration will be approved for the 26-27 school year.

Cheer is open to 6, 7 and 8 graders for two seasons, Fall Season (during the GBB season) and Winter Season (during the BBB season).
To sign-up, parents/guardians will log into their Bound account, and complete the Registration, selecting the season your student is interested in participating. This club is limited to the first 28 students. Students must have a completed and approved Athletic Registration, including a current WIAA Athletic Physical (dated after 4-1-25) and pay the annual $85 athletic fee through your Infinite Campus account.
Sign-Up ends Friday, 9-4-26. Sign-up by completing the Bound Athletic Registration (including a current physical and $85 athletic fee payment). Once all requirements are met, your student will be added to the Cheer roster for the season you sign them up for.
