The OASD Graduate Profile was developed alongside the Strategic Plan, to better define the desired characteristics of an OASD graduate. It was created with the collective input of staff members, parents, the OASD School Board, and the community. From 4K through grade 12, our staff are oconDRIVEN to help develop students who are:
- Inquisitive and open-minded problem solvers
- Curious, reflective, and engaged learners
- Service-minded humanitarians
- Confident and articulate communicators
- Courageous and compassionate leaders
- Well-rounded members of our community
